Allocator Code is a search engine for allocators. Enter the name and firm of anyone who writes checks — an angel, a syndicate lead, a VC partner, a family office, a hedge fund, a public-market investor — and it returns a full profile of that person, built from the public record. How they invest. What their thesis is. What they need to see before they act. Know before you meet.
Introduce it to anyone in your network who is raising capital — or whose work depends on knowing allocators — and you're paid on what they buy.

Getting started
What you're selling
Someone enters the name and firm of any investor or LP. Allocator Code returns a profile of that person: how they invest, where they sit on the risk-appetite spectrum, what their thesis is, and what they look for in the room. Built from the public record, in about a minute.
The coverage is the part people underestimate. If an allocator has a public profile on the internet, they are searchable — at every level of the market. Angel investors and syndicate leads. Seed and growth VCs. Family offices, endowments, foundations and pension staff. Corporate venture arms. Private equity, hedge funds and public-market investors. One search engine, from the $25K check to the $250M mandate.
Two things, and the second is the one nobody else supplies. Thesis fit tells you whether an allocator can invest. Risk alignment tells you what they need to see in order to act.
Sold to founders raising, to GPs raising from LPs, and to the firms and programs that research allocators at volume.
Your code
There's nothing to register and no leads to submit. Your code is how every sale finds its way back to you — and its shape tells us who to pay.
Ambassador code
Every sale made with this code earns you 15%.
Brand partner code
Your partner earns 15%. You earn 5% on the same sale — their share isn't taken out of yours.
The product segment changes as the catalogue grows. AC10 is Allocator Code at 10% off.
Building a team
Anyone you appoint becomes a brand partner on your team. They get their own code, sign their own agreement, and are paid directly by us. You earn 5% on everything they sell, for as long as you're both in the program.
You don't register them, track them or chase them. You send them your recruiting link and they do the rest — it fills in your name for them so the credit can't go astray. Teams run one level deep: your partners don't appoint partners of their own.
The paperwork
All public links — forward them to anyone you want on your team, no account needed. The agreement here is the reading copy; you sign it inside the form.
Three full-length profiles are published on the site. Anyone can read them with a name and email — no purchase, no account. It's the most persuasive thing you can put in front of someone.
Read the sample profiles →Five minutes. Ambassadors and brand partners use the same form — you pick which on the way through. You'll need your legal name as it appears on your tax form.
Start the form →The rules
None of them limit where you talk about us. They stop your code being used to take credit for sales you didn't bring.
A firm that buys Allocator Code is a customer like any other — venture, private equity, hedge funds and family offices included, and they're among the best prospects you have.

Four minutes, and the same form either way — you pick your role on the way through. You'll need your legal name as it appears on your tax form. Nothing here asks for a tax ID or a bank account — that comes separately, and securely.
Here's what happens next.
Draft for review — placeholder wording pending counsel. The Brand Ambassador and Partner Agreement governs in any conflict.
These terms govern participation in the Allocator Code Brand Ambassador Program operated by WE Intelligence, Inc. They sit alongside the Brand Ambassador Agreement you sign when you enrol. Where the two differ, the Brand Ambassador and Partner Agreement governs.
Submitting the enrolment form is an application, not an acceptance. The Company may approve or decline any application at its discretion. Participation begins when the Company issues your Ambassador Code, and not before. No compensation accrues on anything preceding that date.
Your code is issued to you alone and remains the Company's property. It may be shared with people you are introducing to the product. It may not be posted to coupon, deal or discount sites, submitted to browser extensions that harvest codes, or applied to your own purchase or to a purchase by a company you control. A code used in a way these terms exclude may be deactivated, and compensation on the affected transactions is not payable.
Commission rates, the definition of Net Revenue, the payment schedule and the two-level team structure are set out in the Brand Ambassador and Partner Agreement and are not repeated here. No payment is issued until the Company holds your completed tax form and remittance details, which are collected separately and securely through Bill.com. The Company never receives or stores your taxpayer identification number.
Promote the product honestly. Make no claim about performance, results or outcomes that does not appear in materials the Company has given you in writing. When you promote the Company publicly, identify yourself as a brand ambassador so your relationship with the Company is apparent to your audience. Do not bid on the Company's brand names in paid search, and do not use the Company's marks in a logo, domain, handle or advertisement without written approval.
The Company collects the information you submit at enrolment in order to run the program: to verify who you are, to issue your code, to calculate and pay compensation, and to send you program communications. It is not sold, and it is shared only with service providers who process payments or operate the program on the Company's behalf. Your signature is retained as the record of your agreement. You may ask for a copy of your data, or ask for it to be corrected or deleted, by writing to the address in Section 9 — bearing in mind that records the Company must keep for tax or accounting purposes are retained for as long as the law requires.
Pricing that is not public, product roadmap, customer and prospect identities, commission statements and the terms of your agreement are confidential. Use them to do your work under the program and for nothing else.
The Company may amend these terms on thirty days' written notice. Amendments apply from their effective date forward; transactions completed beforehand are governed by the version then in effect. Either party may end participation at any time on thirty days' notice. The Company may suspend a code immediately where it has reason to believe these terms have been breached. Sections 3, 4, 6 and 7 survive.
Questions about the program, or about your data, go to ambassadors@weintelligence.ai. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
